Transfer student advisement provides support and guidance in academic advisement and course registration. Once transfer students earn 60 credits / junior-class status, they are transferred to a faculty advisor / mentor in their major for advisement.

Note: An immunization HOLD is placed on all student accounts until the Weigel Health Center receives your immunizations (shot record), MMR(Meningitis), and COVID vaccine. The Banner registration is locked as the Weigel HOLD prevents all registration.

Academic Levels (Class Level)
Freshmen
0 to 29 credit hours
Sophomore
30 to 59 credit hours
Junior
60 to 89 credit hours
Senior
90 or more credit hours
Freshmen and Sophomore Students
Freshmen and sophomore students are assigned to Sammy Naji, M.S., located in the Academic Advising Center.
Junior and Senior Students
- Juniors and seniors are directed to connect with their major departments.
- Junior and seniors will register themselves through the Banner Registration system.
